Colored LED feedback indicates the current state of the actuator. The state is either movement, open or closed. It also indicates whether a service is required. A 360° LED and an additional one on the top ensure that the user gets a clearly visible status information, viewable from all angles.

Water attractions are an important part of Europa-Park. Of course, the regular cleaning of the water is fundamental. Due to the the size of the park, individual and sometimes widely scattered filter systems are required. In addition, cleaning is carried out partly manually, partly automatically. The operation of the systems is often complex. Here, the two smart actuators simplify the interaction between personnel and actuator immensely. Thanks to simple and intuitive operation, employees are guided through the Smart Actuator app. In this way, even first-time users can quickly and efficiently read out the operating status and cycles directly on site. This ensures increased transparency and security.

Fitting Production, Machine Cooling Circuit System

Two heat exchangers are operated on the roof of GF Piping Systems in Schaffhausen. The butterfly valve controls which of the heat exchangers is currently in use. Thanks to the Smart Actuator's LED lights, elaborate control rounds on the roof are a thing of the past. The app offers another decisive advantage. The WiFi module's range easily extends into the office or the control center of the cooling system. Therefore, the actuator status can be easily checked by app. The operator is also interested to find out to what extent a valve in such a circuit ages noticeably or not. By means of the app, this diagnosis is carried out quite simply.
